Kenwood Properties owns, manages and rents a select portfolio of premier homes and condominiums. Our properties can accommodate anywhere from a single guest to groups of 10-12 people in comfort and luxury. You receive excellent value because we own these homes ourselves; we are not agents and we pay cash for the properties so we do not have mortgage payments built into the rental rates.

Our homes are in prime locations near shopping, restaurants, beaches and other attractions each area has to offer and generally include amenities like private pools, spas, exercise rooms, and office space with Internet access. Some offer the option of additional services such as the use of a private car, airport pickup, someone to do your grocery shopping and errands, and a chef to prepare one or more meals.

Kenwood Properties is a boutique business that specializes in group ownership of estate quality homes and condominiums using the popular Mutual Property Ownership (MPO) concept invented by company founder H. Robb Levinsky. MPO makes it possible for people to own an actual equity interest in a collection of quality properties in world-class locations, for a fraction of the cost of buying one modest vacation home themselves. With MPO individual owners are not responsible for mortgages, taxes, utilities, insurance, or other monthly bills. All of the properties are professionally managed on behalf of the owners, who also receive cash flow from rentals and their share of the appreciation when a property is sold.
