on these basic principals;
-
Common sense produces
uncommon results
-
Running with the herd
leads you to the slaughter house
-
Diversification, patience
and research are the keys to profitable investments

About H. Robb Levinsky…
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston
University, an elected public official at age 23 (Newton, Ma. City
Council - 1981), and named in the 1983 publication of 'Outstanding
Young Men of America', H. Robb Levinsky is the founder of many successful
companies. A prolific writer and public speaker, he has been extensively
profiled by local and national television, radio, and print media
and has served on the board of directors of a number of civic and
cultural organizations, including the Sonoma Land Trust and the
Cultural Arts Council of Sonoma County, Ca., where he lived from
1990 – 2001. Robb’s unique, contrarian approach to money
management is derived from over two decades of experience managing
a diverse group of investments, including stocks, mutual funds,
real estate, and thoroughbred racehorses.
Robb’s involvement with thoroughbreds
began as a teenager, working on the backstretch at Suffolk Downs
near Boston, Mass. In 1980 at age 22, he founded his first company,
Kenwood Farm. Six years later, the business managed over 7 million
dollars of thoroughbred horses and real estate, receiving extensive
recognition by local and national media and a T.O.B.A. award as
the leading thoroughbred breeder in the New England region. Kenwood
Racing, founded in 1998, has won numerous stakes races with horses
purchased for bargain prices, including the 1998 California Derby.
In 1990, Robb established T.B.K. Ltd., which manages over 30 million
dollars of stocks, bonds, and mutual funds for a select group of
prominent clients. Robb’s most recent business venture, Kenwood
Properties, is a boutique business that specializes in group ownership
of estate quality homes and condominiums using a Mutual Property
Ownership (MPO) concept which makes it possible for clients to own
an equity interest in a collection of quality properties for a fraction
of the cost of buying one modest vacation home. The company owns,
manages and rents properties in some of the worlds most desirable
locations.
